COMMISSION YOUR JEWELLERY

Make it bespoke, Make it in Wimbledon

Whether it's a brand new jewellery piece or reworking of a treasured family heirloom, I will work closely with you to make your jewellery dreams come true. I understand the importance of having unique pieces that are truly special to you and only you. To capture your essence and style is what I aim for when I undertake a bespoke jewellery commission.

I have been hand making jewellery for over 17 years and specialize in making one of a kind pieces allowing you to be part of the process every step of the way.  I will work directly with you and personally guide you through the process, offering you my  experience in design, creation and stone sourcing from my trusted gemstone suppliers in Hatton Garden.

My studio is based in Wimbledon, South West London therefore all my jewellery is made in this wonderful part of the world. But I am happy to take commissions from all over the world.

“"Militza created a gorgeous pendant and earrings to commemorate my 21st birthday. She accommodated my initial ideas and turned them into an art form which I will treasure for the rest of my life. Can't recommend her enough."”

FIND OUT HOW THE PROCESS OF CUSTOM MADE JEWELLERY WORKS

Jewellery Design Consultation

We begin with a conversation (in person, over the phone or via email). Then I will start to put together design ideas that meet your criteria. If precious stones are part of the design, I can prepare a selection for you to choose from; or your own stones can be used. Redesigning existing jewellery is also possible and a creative via can be explored.

If you have a budget in mind that’s helpful, but if not, I am happy to give you an idea of costs and guide you through all the options.

Contact me by phone or by email to arrange a FREE consultation.

If you want to go ahead with the commission you will need to advance a 50% deposit of the agreed amount for the commission. At this stage we will agree on a deadline for the completion of the piece. Please note that fine jewellery pieces take time, and 8 to 12 weeks is the minimum that should be allowed for.

Hallmarking: Once the piece is finished, it is hallmarked in the Goldsmiths Assay Office in Hatton Garden and engraved with any personal message you wish.

It is then ready for you to collect or to be securely posted to you. Your finished design will be boxed in luxurious packaging, ready for you to collect or to be delivered to wherever you are in the world. Only at this stage do we request the final balance before collection or shipping.

Bringing your bespoke jewellery design to life

If you wish to go ahead, I will start working on your special piece. We will go through sketches of how your bespoke design will look. If there are any changes that you would like to make I will do this based on your feedback.

Once you are happy with your design and you have signed it off I will begin the process of making it.
