SHIPPING & RETURNS


UK Shipping

We ship within the UK. All UK shipping is done with Royal Mail - SPECIAL DELIVERY, First class, tracked and signed for. Though the cost of shipping is usually £8.45 we meet you half way and only charge £4.50.

If you live in South West London you also have a free pick up option. Please only use this is you are coming to pick up from SW20.

EU Shipping

Please be aware that now the UK has left the EU, anyone purchasing from outside the UK may be charged customs and VAT duties as their items enter their own country. These duties are set by the government of each country and are outside our control

Ground - £10.00 Flat rate - Royal Mail International Tracked and signed

3rd Day — £35 flat rate - Either Parcel Force or DHL


For USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand

Ground — £13 flat rate
3rd Day — £35 flat rate - Parcel Force or DHL

RETURNS


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 10 days of receipt. 

Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item. 

PLEASE NOTE: 


Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 10 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. 

RINGS: Militza can re-size rings up or down, within a few sizes. There is a £20 charge for this service to cover postage and work. Please note rings with set stones may cost more or not be possible to resize.

Non-Returnable Items


Please not that for health and hygiene reasons earrings may not be returned. Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards & Gift wrapping

- Bespoke and redesigned jewellery

Return Shipping


The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Militza Ortiz Jewellery is not responsible for any damaged or lost returns, therefore we require you return goods via signed postal service. 

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.  We recommend that you send it Tracked and Signed for.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
