Why gold vermeil?
Because, unlike regular gold plating, 3 thick layers of 18 carat gold is layered on top of a sterling silver base (no brass or dodgy base metals here, thank you.)

The hoop earrings are made with recycled sterling silver, then plated with 3 coats of 18 carat gold.
